Hey, I just found the "Wallpaper" section to post Deviations in. Too bad I didn't use it earlier. Anyway, most of my things are too small, and need to be stretched. And anyway, I like it this way. I have no idea where this background came from. It just did.

I can think of a few places where this background could be applied.
1.)In a comic book, when glass shatters, or someone goes crazy.
2.)In a fighting game, it could be breifly shown rotating in the BG during a special move.
3.)If the words are bright red, it would make a good advertisement background.
